Welcome to The South African Asian Hardfeather Club (SAAHC). Membership is free to any person who endorses the Constitution of the SAAHC.

Extracts from the Constitution of The South African Asian Hardfeather Club.

Breed
Any established group of fowl, related by breeding, answering truly to the type, carriage and characteristics distinctive of the breed name they take, for example Aseel Game and Shamo Game, including large and bantam fowl.

Purpose of The Club
1.Preservation of poultry breeds in South Africa and other countries

2.The conducting of poultry shows to encourage young future breeders in taking up any large and / or bantam fowl breed including all varieties and sub-varieties.

3.To foster and promote the breeding of large and bantam fowl and the conducting of poultry shows to improve the pure breeding of these large and bantam fowl.

4.Co-operating with other poultry clubs and organisations whenever such action would improve the knowledge of members, standard of shows and competitions, judges or the various breeds of fowl.

5.To assist, encourage and help educate the junior poultryman to the sound and practical value of large and bantam fowl and pure breeding.

This will make it extremely easy and fun to share info and stay in touch with fellow SAAHC members.
